Q. How do I know when my card has been sent?
A. We send an email on dispatch
of your order to remind you (you may have booked the card many months ago).
Q. Will
the card or envelope have any advertising on it?
A. No. Never.
Q. How far ahead can I book a
card?
A. At least 1 year - sometimes
more.
Q. What should I do if I made a
mistake in my order?
A. Contact us by email or
phone as soon as possible. Don’t forget your order number.
Q. I’ve got lots of cards to send
can I email my address book to you?
A. Yes. Please contact us for
instructions before you do this.
Q. How much notice do you need to
sent out a card?
A. Cards sent within Australia
need about 6 working days and international orders about 15 working days.
Exceptions are made for Sympathy and Get Well cards will posted ASAP.
Q. Can I still order after sending
deadline has past?
A. Yes we will do our best to
get it out quickly but during busy periods delays may occur.
