Getting Started & Registration

Buying hand written cards online has never been made so easy. Register your details and set up your address book. This saves you time each time you place an order. You will be asked to enter a "username" and "password". These will be unique to you and protect the privacy of this information. Then you will be asked for a question that will remind you of you password should you ever forget it. Contact customerservice@wepostcards4u.com.au should have any problems logging on and will assist you.

Address Book & Reminders (coming soon)

To access your address book click on the address book button at the top of the screen. Then chose one of the options "add address" "edit address" "find address". Add addresses or edit as required. To select an address simply tick the small box on the left hand side of the screen which corresponds to the name you want to use. Each address card will also ask you to enter important dates such as birthday, anniversary etc associated with that entry. Reminders will be emails to you as this event approaches. If you have already booked a card for this event we will notify you when we have mailed your card. Information contained within your address book is considered confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties..

International Orders

We happily post cards to anywhere in the world for a small additional cost. At this time it is not possible to post gifts internationally. We hope to introduce this service in the future. Shipping time for international mail is one to two weeks on average. We Post Cards 4 U does everything possible to ensure cards arrive at destination on time, but unfortunately in the end we are unable to guarantee cards will not be lost, delayed or damaged in transit.

Changing your order

Changes to your order maybe made prior to order being fulfilled. Changes or cancellations are not possible after this time. To make changes please contact customerservice@wepostcards4u.com.au or call us on +61 2 9984 8726 with your order number.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible before order has been fulfilled. Your store account will be credited. Please use your order number with any request..

Site Problems

Credit Card

Shopping online with us is done through a third party (E-way) secure server. Your credit card details are not transmitted until you use our secure checkout. Your personal information is encrypted before transmission. We Post Cards 4 U takes reasonable steps to secure your information. More information is available see Security & Privacy ..

Order Deadlines

To ensure orders arrive on time at destination we need six working days for Australian orders and 15 working days for international. We will accept orders after these deadlines but can not ensure on time delivery. All efforts will be made to deliver on time. Sympathy and Get Well cards are always a priority and will be mailed as soon as possible.

Privacy

Please read our privacy statement which states how your private information is used and stored. Be assured we will not disclose your identity at any time unless we are required to do so by law.
